Children At Play Network
Children At Play Network holds a high-impact role in Kentucky. They design free-play playgrounds for underprivileged schools, districts, and organizations across the state.
Their problem was that their brand, website, and marketing materials didn’t reflect or clarify their mission or service. After their parent brand, Bernheim Forest, had recently undergone a corporate rebrand, Children At Play Network’s visual identity needed to align to create a clearer organizational connection.
I lead the User Experience, strategy, design, and implementation. Working with their team, we dissected their mission and commitment to creating accessible, dynamic play environments for all players. We helped them clarify their purpose through a full site redesign, site map update, and brand identity redesign that brought their brand’s visual connection to Bernheim Forest closer to realization.
Beyond creating a stronger visual identity, we’ve increased their presence at Bernheim Forest and in the state, allowing them to secure a higher influx of grants for their project work with Bernheim.
