One Quarter is a book of photography. It's one that's dedicated to the mundane - the slow moments that cumulatively make up the quiet liminality of one's life.
Written by Josiah, in the Foreword of One Quarter:
"We are so often consumed by the desire to live fast-paced. While seeking glory, we forget to pause for the mundane moments around us. These moments are our truest life. And they are what fill the pages of this book. One Quarter is a collection of photographs created during my 25 years. They remind me of the importance and beauty of living a slow life."

Working through various iterations — ranging from illustration to collage — the final book design was type-driven. This came from a closely researched font-selection process. I knew that the book needed to feel timeless. Much like the transient stillness of the images, the letterforms had to derive from history, but also speak to the momentary - the contemporary.
